Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Figures shown on product pages come from those products' own sites and public sources, and may change.
Our work for you
Booking a consultation does not create a contract. Any paid work, including the Build offer, is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, ownership and other terms. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Our products and other websites
Our products, such as Pot of Food, BravePay, DexMail and JetCircle, have their own websites and their own terms. Those terms apply when you use them. We also link to other websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and code of this site belong to Dexter Cyberlab or the people who licensed them to us. Product names belong to their owners.
Liability
We provide the site "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email moses@dextercyberlab.com.
