A flat monthly fee keeps your product online, patched, monitored, and improving post-launch. No surprise infrastructure bills, no hidden renewal costs — ever.
Equity Option
For the right ventures we take a small equity stake instead of a higher fee — aligning our long-term success with yours. We only offer this when we genuinely believe in the business.

How long does the assessment take?
Most ideas receive an initial response within 5 business days. If accepted, the full discovery and scoping phase typically runs 2–3 weeks before build begins.
Do I keep ownership of my app?
Yes — fully. You own all the intellectual property and source code. Any equity arrangement applies to the business entity only, never the code itself.
What happens if my idea is not accepted?
We give you honest, actionable feedback — not a form rejection. Many founders resubmit with a sharper scope and get accepted on the second try.
Can I involve my own designers or developers?
Absolutely. We work well alongside existing teams. Our scope expands or contracts based on what you actually need — we are not territorial about it.
What technology stack do you use?
We default to proven modern stacks — React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure — but will adapt to genuine constraints.
Is the equity stake negotiable?
Yes. Equity is always optional and always negotiated case-by-case. Founders who prefer a higher startup fee with no equity can arrange exactly that.
