Do I need a dollar card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card at all. Paid plans are priced in naira; talk to us and we'll set you up.
What do I get on the free plan?
Up to 2,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month, with campaigns, sign-up forms and reports. When you outgrow it, talk to us about a paid plan.
Why does a new account start with a small daily limit?
Inbox providers like Gmail watch new senders closely. Starting small and growing while your results stay clean keeps your emails, and everyone else's, out of spam.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
Every email is signed and checked (DKIM, SPF and DMARC), addresses that don't exist are removed automatically, and DexMail watches how Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook treat you and tells you what to change. Nobody can promise 100%, but this is how the inbox is won.
What's the difference between DexMail and DexMTA?
DexMail is the app you use to send campaigns and messages. DexMTA is the sending server underneath it. Most businesses only need DexMail. If you send very large volumes or want everything on your own server, DexMTA is for you.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file. DexMail keeps every column you upload and lets you filter and personalise with them.
