In production, running live customer conversations today

Marketing and customer service, run by AI. Approved by you.

Autonomous M&C replies to your customers in seconds, writes your marketing for every channel, and learns how your business works. Nothing is sent or posted until you approve it.

One brain. Every channel.

At the centre sits the Brain, an AI that knows your business. It reads your whole website, absorbs what your team teaches it and studies your customers' real orders. Every channel draws on the same knowledge, so it never guesses and never invents a price.

What it does for your business

Not a chatbot: a complete marketing and customer-service operation, working around the clock.

Customer care that answers in seconds, and knows when to step back

Every WhatsApp message, email and DM arrives in one inbox. The AI replies using real facts about your products, prices and the customer's orders. Complaints, refunds and anything it is unsure about go to your team. It never makes up order updates, refunds or promises.

A week of social media, planned in one click

Give it a theme, or nothing at all, and it writes a week of posts for Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok, in your style, timed for when your followers are online. You check the calendar and approve.

Campaigns and automations that bring customers back

Reach a group of customers by email, WhatsApp, SMS, app notification or an AI phone call. It can also act on its own: a message to customers who have been quiet for 60 days, a reminder when someone leaves an order unfinished, and a thank-you after every first order.

  • Win-back · lapsed customersAwaiting approval
  • Abandoned checkout follow-ups3 drafts

Outbound that fills your pipeline

Sales calling built in: call lists, a queue that knows who to call next, reminders to call back, and a daily target. When you need more, an AI voice makes the first call and passes you only the people who are interested.

  • Calls today18 / 30

It knows every customer personally

Using your real sales records, it keeps an up-to-date picture of every customer: what they order, how often, how much they spend, and when they start to drift away.

  • Last order 71 days agoWin-back queued

It looks after itself, too

If messages stop arriving, a connection breaks, a backup is missed or a login is about to run out, you get a plain warning and the fix, before customers notice. Backups run every night and are checked.

The actual product

Not mock-ups. Real screens from the system running Pot of Food's operation today, with customer details replaced.

The shared inbox: every customer conversation in one list, with a switch that lets the AI answer new messages and an address for escalations.
One inbox for every channel. The switch at the top hands routine replies to the AI; the address below it is where anything it won't answer goes.

The operating principle

Autonomous, not unsupervised.

The AI drafts, plans and answers, but campaigns, posts and outreach are never sent without a human clicking approve. The one exception is customer replies, and only after you switch them on yourself.

Awaiting you Edit Approve

Up and running in three steps

No engineers needed on your side. Plain English everywhere.

  1. 01

    Connect your business

Point it at your website, WhatsApp number, social accounts and sales data. It reads everything and builds its understanding automatically.

  2. 02

Teach it what only you know

Type notes, answer a team questionnaire, paste links: delivery rules, prices, your voice. You can see and edit everything it knows.

  3. 03

    Approve, and let it run

It answers customers, plans your week, drafts campaigns and watches your numbers. You review, approve, and spend your time on the work only a human can do.

What the first week actually looks like

  1. Day 1 Connect Website, WhatsApp, social accounts and a read-only view of your sales database. It reads the site end to end the same day.
  2. Days 2 to 3 Teach Your team answers a knowledge questionnaire: delivery rules, pricing logic, tone, the awkward questions customers ask.
  3. Days 4 to 5 Watch it work The AI drafts replies but sends nothing. You correct what is wrong and watch its answers tighten.
  4. End of week 1 Hand over the routine Switch on automatic replies for the questions it consistently gets right.
  5. Week 2 onward Widen it Social weeks, campaigns and outbound calling come on one at a time, each with its approval gate.

Connects to what you already use

No migration, no rebuilding. It plugs into your existing accounts and sales database and starts from the data that is already there.

Running live at Pot of Food

Answering customers before the team has seen the message.

Customers message Pot of Food on WhatsApp at every hour about pot sizes, delivery areas and vendor sign-ups. The AI answers with real facts from the menu and website; refunds and complaints skip the AI and reach a human with full context.

"It answers our customers before I've even seen my phone, and the things it shouldn't answer, it hands straight to us."

Your data stays yours.

You're handing over your customer list and sales history. Here is exactly how it's held.

Isolated at the database level
Every business gets its own workspace, enforced by row-level security in PostgreSQL, not by application code a bug could bypass.
Approval is a column, not a convention
Campaigns and posts carry approved_by and approved_at. Nothing can be sent with those fields empty.
Money in minor units
Amounts are stored as integers in kobo, cents or pence, so totals never drift.
Read-only access to your sales data
It reads your database through a read-only connection and keeps a synced copy.

Early access pricing

One price per business, agreed before you start.

No per-seat billing, no per-message surcharge. A fixed monthly figure in writing before anything is connected, and no charge during the setup week.

  • Every channel and every feature: no tiers, no locked add-ons
  • AI usage included in the monthly price
  • Setup, website reading and knowledge training done with you
  • Your own isolated workspace and nightly backups
  • Cancel any month; your data exports out with you

Hand over the routine. Keep the final say.

We're onboarding a small number of businesses by hand. Tell us what you run.
